"A Frisco bank customer who was held at gunpoint last fall after a Wells Fargo employee thought he might rob the bank filed a lawsuit this morning in Dallas, alleging racial profiling.
The plaintiffs' lawyer, Royce West, a Democratic state senator from Dallas, said his clients went to the bank last September to close on a vehicle loan when employees called police to report suspicious behavior.
Mr. West said his clients were held at gunpoint until officers determined there was no robbery attempt.
Mike Gruber, another lawyer for the four plaintiffs, said it appeared that "the only issue used to determine whether police should come out and treat it like a robbery was the color of our clients' skin."

So my only question is...why did the lawsuit take so long to be filed??? !!!

I don't think that foreign terrorists were the cause of tragedy on September 11th. I think the so called war in Iraq is nearly as bad, if not worse, than Vietnam. I think it should be ended immediately. I am shocked at how many of our freedoms are being lost by the patriot act. I usually bring politics and religion up in conversation, even when meeting someone for the first time. Life may not always go the way that you want or turn out exactly like you wish, but it's also too short for regrets.
